What is the approximate size range of your work?

Tell us about yourself. Do you have any formal or informal education or training in your medium? When and where?  

Have you displayed your work in a gallery/show before? When and where?

Can you commit to work (sit) the required number of hours per month and work at 3 Second Saturday receptions per year?

We hold monthly board meetings and occasional membership meetings. These may be held on a weekday or weekend day, usually in the morning. Are you willing to attend at least two of the gallery meetings?

Are you willing to commit to the quarterly membership fee?

Are you willing to commit to at least one year of membership?  

Have you had gallery or business experience? Please explain where and when.

In a few words, tell us about your work (your inspiration, process).

Do you have a special display case, pedestal, etc., that you need to use to display your artwork? If so, please describe it and include a photo.

In addition to the form above, to complete this application, you must submit the following as well as the $10 application fee.

1. Email us 5 (titled, with medium and size) high quality images of your work mailed or emailed to the Membership Chair at info@mainstgallery.net. Photographs posted on your website may be substituted.   You may send a photo of your display (if applicable) .
